I can’t login … what can I do?
Our login system requires that you enter your username or email AND password exactly as you did when you first registered (case-sensitive, with no extra spaces at the beginning or end).
If you are having difficulty logging in, first try to reset your password using the link on the Customer Login page. You will be sent an email with instructions on resetting your password. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check any spam/junk folders you might have.
(Please note: Some email services frequently prevent delivery of such emails, particularly free providers such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or other similar services. We recommend avoiding using these email accounts with your Loopsy Daisy account if at all possible.)
If you still cannot login, please try clearing your browser history, cache and cookies (all of it, not just recent) and then try logging in again.
If you’ve tried all of the above and still cannot login, please contact us for assistance using the form on the left.
